The data controller of your personal data depends on the specific Fujia products and services you use:


- For Fujia branded devices and applications: Shenzhen Fujia Technology Co., Ltd. is the sole data controller of your personal data.


- For other branded devices connected to this application: Shenzhen Fujia Technology Co., Ltd., together with the device supplier, acts as the data controller of your personal data. You can find information about the device supplier on the product packaging or product manual.

Used to fulfill our contract with you (specifically, to provide location-based services such as weather information).


If you do not allow access to this data, we will not be able to provide localized weather forecasts or location-based features.


Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), please note that in order to provide our services, we may need to transfer your personal data outside your region. Our data centers are located in the United States, where your data is stored. Our US, China, and Pakistan teams may remotely access your data for service delivery, customer service, operational, and maintenance purposes.


Please note that the European Commission has not yet made an adequacy assessment for the US, China, or Pakistan, meaning these countries may not provide the same level of data protection as your country.


Appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), will be in place for such transfers. At the heart of these arrangements is our Transmission Impact Assessment (TIAs), and the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures based on the assessment results.
